You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All content on our website is owned by GlobalContent Agency or its licensors
Content created for clients transfers to the client upon full payment
We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

5. Content Guidelines

All content created through our services must comply with:

Applicable laws and regulations
Platform terms of service (Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc.)
Advertising standards and disclosure requirements
Our content standards prohibiting harmful, misleading, or illegal content

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

Pricing and payment schedules will be specified in project agreements
A deposit may be required before work begins
Final payment is due upon delivery of completed work
Late payments may incur additional fees
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Revisions and Approvals

The number of revisions included will be specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Client approval of deliverables constitutes acceptance of the work.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, campaign details, and any information marked as confidential.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shoot Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shoot Network, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
